Apprentices are licensed professionals growing their skills under the supervision of our trainers.
Tier 1 Team Members have been extensively trained in the Carmichael Method and must complete tests and programs with high marks in all areas of cutting, styling, color analysis and application, as well as in communication skills.
Tier 2 Team Members have completed the requirements to move to this level and have at least 3 years experience.
Tier 3 Team Members have at least 15 years experience and have been certified on all new color and texture services.
Salon owners are educators and have 26 years experience.
